Yes, it is free to play. Optional Premium and Astra packs exist; the whole game can be played without them.

As an app on Android phones and tablets, and in Chrome, Edge or Firefox on computers. On phones it is played in landscape. There is no iPhone app yet.

Updates arrive automatically; you do not need to reinstall the app. When a new version is out, the game tells you and installs it with one tap. See what changed on the Updates page.

We only collect what we really need. Your account is protected by your username and password. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Since we do not store email addresses, there is no automatic password reset. Write to us with your username and details that prove the account is yours (pilot name, level, faction, approximate last login); we will help once we have verified it.

No. The username is only used to log in and is never shown. The pilot name is what everyone sees in game, and it cannot be changed later.

No, the faction choice is permanent. Both factions are equally strong, so it is purely a choice of style and story.

Write to us with your username. We will delete your account and game data.

Your progress is stored on the server and important changes (purchases, sales, levels, Premium) are saved within a second or two. The server takes full backups regularly. Even an item removed from the game is never deleted from your account.

Your ship stays in space for a short while; when you reconnect you continue where you left off. The game reconnects automatically.

No. Any time the server is down is added back to your Premium and booster durations.

Report it to us with the pilot name, time and a screenshot if possible. Cheats, bots and exploiting bugs lead to account closure; see the Terms of Use.

There is no cross-faction combat in the first sector and the starter ship cannot be attacked. In deeper sectors and the War Zone you may meet the rival faction.

Quests are the fastest way. Fight in sectors that match your level; high-level pilots get reduced rewards in the first sector.

It rarely drops from creatures and galaxy crates; Premium raises your chances. You can also exchange a limited amount of credits.

Part of the ores in your cargo and a small part of your current level's experience. You keep your level, items and money, and return to base after paying a repair fee.
